This device is suitable for handling a large diversity of cards. However, you should not regard this device as a programmer like all the programmers, reviewed on this website. Towitoko markets these as Smart Card terminals. They can be used for identification purposes as part of a security check for instance, or for entry validation, or for manipulating GSM cards.
The software supplied with this device, by Towitoko, will read only the most basic data from your Sat card, like the ATR for instance. To my knowledge, there is no software which allows you to manipulate Sat cards with this device.
