This tutorial is divided into 4 parts:

Configuring the software:
Before you can start programming, you will need to configure your software correctly.
You can enter the configuration screen in 2 ways:
Press the Options icon.
Or select the menu Options from the menu bar and click on Setup there.
The Setting screen will pop up.
Select the Com port to which your programmer is connected.
Select the MasterCRD model that you have.
Press Save and your software is ready for use.
Users of the SC-Master Phoenix who have installed firmware version 1.05 into their programmer, can also use the MasterBurner software. Select the MasterCRD-2 from the list (see below). The firmware 1.05 makes the SC-Master Phoenix compatible with the MasterCRD-2.
Users of the MasterA, VX-Multi, VP-20 or Multiprog-XL need to configure their programmer as a MasterCRD LC. Configuring your programmer as a MasterCRD LC will ensure that the software will pause during programming and tell you to switch modes manually.
